How does someone make a reservation for a private party or event?
- It's best to call the restaurant at (501) 525-0780 and speak to Billy Marsh, Restaurant Manager, so he may fully discuss your requirements. You may also email us at info@samspizzapub.net and someone will promptly get back to you.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of guests required for a reservation?
- There is no minimum number for guests, and we can accommodate 100 or more at our restaurant.
What private dining spaces or event areas do you offer?
- We can offer anything from a private table to the entire patio or interior of the restaurant.
What are the menu options?
- We offer the full restaurant menu. We can do a set menu, or accommodate special requests for specific dietary needs or preferences.
Are there set packages for events, and what do they include? How is pricing determined?
- Packages are determined on a case-by-case basis, and pricing can vary; however, a good estimate would be approximately $15 per person, depending on the number of participants and menu choices.
How far in advance should I book for a private event?
- We appreciate at least one week's notice, but we are willing to work with you.
Can we bring in decorations, or do you provide them?
- You may use your own decorations, but let us know if we can help.
Is there a sound system available for music or speeches?
- Yes, we have a PA system and you may also plug into our projector.
What is the deposit required to secure a reservation? What forms of payment are accepted?
- For a private event, we collect 50% upfront, which is non-refundable. The balance is then due the night of the party.
What are the options for bar services during private events? Can guests bring their own alcohol?
- We offer full bar service. Guests may bring their own wine, but not alcohol or beer.
Is parking available for guests attending the event? Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
- Our normal and remote parking is accessible, and we do have wheelchair access.
Additional Services
1. Do you offer any additional services, such as photography or event planning assistance? We can arrange any other professional services requested.
2. Can we schedule a tour of the event space before booking? Yes, we are happy to accommodate a tour of our facilities.
3. Is there A/V equipment available for presentations or entertainment? Yes, equipment is available. Please ask.
4. Can we connect our own devices to the audiovisual system? Yes, we can help set that up.
5. Are there accommodations for children, and is there a kids' menu? We do have a kids' menu with a variety of items.
6. How are special dietary restrictions or allergies handled? We are happy to work with you on an individual basis regarding restrictions and food allergy concerns.
